Continuation of Bell Record (2). When The Arto Company went bankrupt in 1923, production of the Bell Record (2) label for the W.T. Grant Company continued under the Bell Record Corporation. The label design was completely overhauled, using the "Pan" or "Piper" trademark above the "Bell" brand. Bell Record Corporation was a client of the Scranton Button Company, and much of its output was licensed from the Plaza Music Company-Regal Record Company, Inc. group and later added Emerson Recording Laboratories masters to the pool. When the W.T. Grant Company introduced its Columbia-produced Diva (4) label in late 1927, Bell (4) became independent of the W.T. Grant Company and was briefly produced by the Starr Piano Company, before quietly disappearing in early 1928.
