Norwegian distribution company. Established in 1970, and was owned by the biggest record companies in Norway. Owners in 1970: EMI Norsk AS A/S Nor-Disc A/S Nera Arne Bendiksen A/S Norsk Grammofonkompani A/S Carl M. Iversen A.s, Oslo Owners in 1980: EMI Norsk AS PolyGram Records A/S Arne Bendiksen A/S A/S Disco CBS Records A/S Gramo-Rack A/S was bought by Narvesen A/S in 1980. The company was dissolved and fusioned into the Narvesen corporation in 1992.
