A/S Nor-Disc

Norwegian distributor, mastering, plating and pressing company, established 1956 by Egil Monn Iversen. The company was bought by Deutsche Grammophon in 1964 with Totto Johannessen appointed managing director. At the same time the record division of Siemens Norge AS (formerly Proton AS) was incorporated. In 1972 A/S Nor-Disc changed name to Polydor A/S.
