Norwegian distributor and publisher, as well as music and electronics retailer. Previously known as Iversen & Frogh A/s. The company acted as the EMI licensee in Norway until 1969. The company experienced financial difficulties after this, and went bankrupt in 1972. The same year it was bought by the Bergen-based company A/L Tonika, and continued under the name Tonika A/S.
