Octavio Henrique de Oliveira was born on November 19, 1919 in Espírito Santo do Pinhal, a small town in São Paulo state and became popular as a samba singer in the 1940's under the stage name Black-Out (3). In the late 1950's he launched himself as a performer of boleros and other Latin rhythms under the pseudonym Don Octavio Henrique De Los Boleros, sometimes shortened to Don Octavio Henrique He was also an actor, known for films like "Quero Morrer No Carnaval" (1962), "Malandros Em Quarta Dimensão" (1954) and "Vamos Com Calma" (1956). He died on February 9, 1983 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
