Об исполнителе:
Νίκος Τριβυζάς a.k.a. Apache in 1989 created Ρήγμα an original Greek punk band, influenced by extreme Hard Core sounds. He played guitar & vocals. From 1989 to 1993 Ρήγμα toured all over Greece performing intense live shows to schools, small clubs and politically occupied resorts. They released their first album entitled Ο Τελευταίος Αιώνας in 1994 which was accepted with great enthusiasm by the local punk/core scene. At the same time another band named Όλεθρος was roaming the scene, formed by the singer/guitarist Έμη . It was supposed to be an all-female band but it didn't work out. Eventually Έμη joined Ρήγμα as a bass player and continued her own band using session musicians. Both bands sharing the same stage quite often and playing similar styles of extreme music, decided to unite and become one band named Ολέθριο Ρήγμα. In 1996 they released its first album, entitled Ολέθριο Ρήγμα . This time the music was more aggressive and more powerful than ever. 1997 + 1998: Ολέθριο Ρήγμα financed two independent compilation CDs, entitled "Chaos I" and "Chaos II" featuring unsigned bands from the local punk and hardcore scene. Finally in late 1998 the band signed to Iron Palm Produxions a division of Black Lotus Records and started working on a more professional level. 1999: they recorded the album entitled Πολέμησε Για Τους Αθώους. They achieved a killer sound, which eliminated their previous releases. Their music bacame more complex incorporating more metallic elements but still maintaining their punk/hardcore attitude and thinking. Πολέμησε Για Τους Αθώους was harsh, extreme and realistic. A killer release from punk/hardcore veterans. Singing in Greek, English and German they blowed everybody away. 2000: After the success of that album it was time to record the new material! The album entitled Μ.Γ.Δ (Cops, Pigs, Killers) was recorded at Praxis Studio and released in the end of 2000. The music moved a little towards thrash metal, resulting in a thrash-core holocaust, combining their sheer aggressiveness with hardcore attitude and metal elements. 2002: After two years of rehearsing and working on the new material, the new heavy and violent MetalCore album Σκοτώστε Τα Παιδιά Φονιάδες sounded like compact force of sheer brutality and aggressiveness. Last but not least comes the "Anthology" in a digipack containing a cd covering their carreer, as well as a dvd with their performance on Rockwave Festival 2004 + the only video clip ever shot by the band for "Ιράκ Ώρα -0-" from Ο Τρόμος Της Εξουσίας. In 11/07/2005 they performed live at Rockwave Festival (Athens), along with 'Twisted Sister', 'Dio (2)', 'Anthrax', 'Zyklon' & 'Katatonia'. Almost 10 years after the last release, they returned with a new album that they provide directly through this e-mail olethrio_rigma@yahoo.gr and official Facebook page along with the rest of their music. It is not sold in stores! In December 25, 2017 they disbanded and announced the cancelation of their 2 last live performance.. With the promise that "When something ends, something else beggins.."
