In foldover two color-printed sleeve. Comes with small folded band insert with photos, credits, and liner notes. May also come with a label catalogue insert. Sleeve may have a sticker which says: 'Due to extreme rock, the labels on the records were switched'. Recorded at WGNS in February of 1994. 2000 pressed. Runouts are etched. Lacquer cutting company and engineer identified by the runout etchings.
