Recorded live at Earthdom, Tokyo April 28 2019 Comes in a 12"x12" thin carton slipcase which contains a gatefold-like even-thinner carton sleeve which contains a generic white LP-sleeve with an A5 sheet with Japanese text ("SABBAT VS TERROR SQUAD"), plus loose A4 info sheet in English (different text).
