This is the rarest release on Tee Fletcher’s Atlanta based Shurfine label I know. And the writer / singer Levi Walker the most obscure artist. The label number 027 was also used for Hannibal’s “The Truth Shall Set You Free” track which might indicate that Walker’s 45 wasn’t properly issued hence it’s scarcity.
