Disc is shaped like a vinyl single with a groove on it. Front cover top left says "STEREO High Fidelity For Musiclovers". CD box consist of a hard paper sleeve that opens with a clear plastic jewel tray on the right. The tray has 4 finger holes for picking up the disc. There is an insert with more information and notes from Klubien himself.
