Recorded live in Jesi, Italy on July 11, 2004. Limited to 230 copies. All copies were left unnumbered on the back of the insert. The only copies numbered were those that were auctioned off via the Threshold House website. Three copies were auctioned. These copies were signed and numbered by way of a numbered ticket with gold leaf applied and affixed to the inside of the insert.
