Laminated (front and back) Flipback Sleeve. "Recorded in association with the English Opera Group and the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, at the fourteenth Aldeburgh Festival in Orford Church, Suffolk." The reissue ZK1 appears on TAS list, the original issue ZNF1 doesn't.
