Small hole 7" issued in a picture sleeve with right side opening. Twelve test pressings, and 1200 copies on black vinyl. Came in three different coloured picture sleeves (purple, orange and blue). Yellow labels with blue print. First issue of some of the tracks from the January 1989 recording session conducted in South Kensington.
