Limited pre-order from DFA webstore came with bonus 12" in a black, generic die-cut sleeve with an orange sticker stating "Fuku Masu." The 12" includes the non album bonus track "Never Let It End" and remix of "Never Let It End" by Hardway Bros. Pre-orders made by a certain date had the LP signed by the band. LP is in a gatefold sleeve.
