The Early Year

This release comprises reconfigured and expanded versions of the first two albums by Scud Mountain Boys. Both were recorded in member Bruce Tull's kitchen. The compilation was reissued with new artwork by Ashmont Records/One Little Indian in 2011. Pine Box was originally a self-released cassette, reissued on vinyl by Northampton MA label Chunk Records in 1995 (CH1009), soon after the release of Dance The Night Away (CH1007).
