Wasted

Some copies come with a simple insert-style, one-sided picture sheet, but most are missing it. Original picture sheets are hand-cut and on a flimsy paper stock, but they are offset printed, not made on a photocopier. The dust sleeve occasionally has an Ideal Productions rubber stamping.
