This version in a fold-over blue paper cover printed with designs of of marine life and credits in dark blue and marine life and wavy lines in magenta. Band names are hand-lettered in silver and gold inks on the front cover. The image of a gun at the bottom left of the rear cover is hand-stamped in blue ink.
