500 [515?] copies pressed, comes with one double-sided foldout color insert and one single-sided one. "First press of 500" appears on inside of double-sided sleeve. "#xxx of 515" is hand-written on the white paper dust sleeve. Murdock recorded and mixed at Off Axis Studios in February and March of 1998. Plating company derived from runouts.
