Black double dip labels with white and blue text. Issued in a sleeve with a light gloss finish. Picture inner sleeve of top opening paper with a soft sheen finish and with a die cut thumb section. The first 1,000 copies were fully autographed (by the second lineup) and included a poster (of the first lineup, standing in a Belgian field). These were sold at the 'Chain With No Name'.
