This version has the sleeve printed on light blue paper (the same color as used for the insert). Both the front and back sleeve have a heavy black rule at the top. Issued with a one sided insert printed on light blue paper with lyrics, credits, and contact info. Catalog number on back cover is 'BPR007', on labels 'BPR 007'. The runouts erroneously show 'BPR-008'. Runouts are etched: the "K" is sideways. Title of release title on insert 'Alcotopia E.P.'. c & P Alcoholics Unanimous 1990
