Edition of 3,000. 200 copies were numbered and autographed and sold via the band's website. Original batch of 200 autographed copies all arrived to the distributor with jacket damage. Damaged copies were still mailed out with a notice they would all be replaced. Damaged jackets are numbered at the bottom left front cover and have 4 autographs.
