Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." address at bottom, and the lower back cover has the same company name and address but abbreviates "South" as "So.". First catalog number on front cover, second on back cover and third on labels. Runouts are hand etched except for VAN GELDER that is machine stamped.
