Although not mentioned on the release, this is CD1 of a 2CD set. It was issued in a double-sized Digipak sleeve with space for CD2. A circular card stating that "CD2 of this 2CD set is available separately" was included in this space. A pink sticker on the sleeve reads: All Brand New Recordings 580 729-2.
