The front of the booklet is solid black. Track 1 begins and ends with a sample from the film "Miller's Crossing." Track 10 is an unlisted snippet from a recording of the gospel hymn "I Am Bound for the Promised Land" This release is referred to as "II" on the band's MySpace and Bandcamp pages.
