A semi-official release with live recordings from two performances: In Denver, USA (side A) and London, UK (side B). This is the first edition and includes an 8 1/2" x 11" insert with recording locations, track list and label contact information. At least some copies included a reproduction of a Come Organisation catalog circa 1982. Also known as "Slaughterhouse" on some of the many subsequent editions.
