Swing Kids / Fly By Wire

The Swing Kids cover art and the Spanakorzo cover art are both facing the same direction (right side up) on this version. Came with a double-sided Swing Kids / Spanakorzo insert and a photocopied Three One G insert. At the bottom of the Swing Kids side of the insert, the text "It's time to stop singing and time to start swinging." does not appear. That text only appears in later versions of this release. The release number was derived from the runout etchings.
