500 hand-numbered covers signed by the band on rear cover. Some versions contains the comic by C. Nielsen. Copies sold at Akers Mic record shop were sold with a black promotional map with three drawings, each with a cartoon of one member of the band, made by Christopher Nielsen. 750 numbered maps were made. Numbers are stamped inside the map, and not on the drawings.
