Gatefold sleeve with booklet with burned edges. A limited version was also made, with a slipcover and some with blood-splattered pages. The booklet is written in an unknown language (something like a hieroglyph). "Recorded in October / November, 2004" Centerfold pages (12 & 13) have red wax applied from the eye in the hand (page 12) to the bottom left-hand corner of page 13.
