Folded sleeve with lyrics printed inside. Also comes with an extra sheet with both bands lyrics printed in Japanese. Tracks A1 to A3 recorded in September '93. The tracks are listed on the sleeve, lyric sheet & labels as: A1 - Condemned, A2 - With Yourself, A3 - Pain Driver. This is incorrect. The wrong songs were lifted from the master tape which was corrected by a repress of a further 1,000 copies. The sleeves for all 2,000 are alike.
