Lacquer cutting studio / engineer uncredited, identified by runout etchings. There were two Combined Effort pressings: 1st: Record with Red Labels <--This 2nd: Record with Silver Labels Both original Combined effort presses came with a tri-fold sleeve. Many 1st presses had hand written messages on the paper dust sleeves.
