One of many bogus releases with Lee Perry & King Tubby's names. For starts, Track 1 is the Version to Keith Poppin's "Who are You." This seems to be a borrowed collection of "versions" rather than dubs. The track names are pretty random, likely to evade the actual song version from being detected.
