Allegedly this is the initial edition of 50 copies from late 1987. They are supposed to be one-to-one copies from the original reel-to-reel master tape onto TDK SF cassettes. Therefore, they appear to offer the best sound quality possible available. Copies from this edition are easily distinguishable by the label of [l211883] pasted on the dark-blue shell of a 1985 first-generation TDK SF cassette.
