Issued in jewel case with clear tray. Comes with 8-page booklet and a Relapse OBI on top. The artwork is made up as a VHS home recording collector thing. In accordance with that, on the cover is printed "Relapse Home Video", on the CD "VHS, PAL & SECAM" and the back shows videocassette spines.
