Comes in a handmade wrap around sleeve, rubber stamped back cover & labels, with three inserts. Limited edition of 600 copies. Numbered in bottom left of sleeve. Plain white paper die-cut inner sleeve and all contained in a poly-bag. The same single was also released (with a printed cover and without rubber stamped labels) in Germany on Beau Rivage: [r1109247] Side Eins is 33 1/3 rpm, Side One is 45 rpm.
