Recorded January 4, 2010, at Avatar Studios, New York, NY. The production opened on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre on December 13, 2009. The production had previously premiered at the Menier Chocolate Factory in London on November 22, 2008; transferred to the Garrick Theatre on March 28, 2009.
