Duckdance

Warning: this album contains one track in Japanese and an extended instrumental. On the plus side, it is a heartbreaking work of staggering genius. My last album, Disaffection, is angry and disillusioned and seemed to need a counterpoint. So this new album is inspired, if that’s the right word, by friends and friendship. I conceived it as something altogether more positive in tone. And yet at moments it sounds as miserable as its predecessor. Ah well. I tried. - Max Eider 2014
