Gatefold sleeve This release has two pressing rings. Inner @ 33mm. Outer @ 45mm. Etched in runouts are "Made in Switzerland". These characteristics are indicative of a Switzerland pressed release from [l316007]. The "ML" stamped in runouts denote that the 'mastering (lacquer cut), was performed at [l274350]. Also, the lacquer cutting ('mastering'), was performed by [a1484313] & [a853853], denoted by the stamped "AW" & "SU" in runouts respectively.
