Vinyl is die-cut shaped into a sawblade and is pink. (There is also a multi colored 2nd pressing, see release 662731). Besides the catalogue number of MT-370 there's also the #16 written on the b-side which is the release number for this release on the Sawblade sub-series. First pressing, limited to 500 copies.
