Quality Special Products

The "Quality Special Products" label was established in 1985 following the acquisition by R-Tek Corporation of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada of the special products division of Quality Records Limited which at that time was owned by Selkirk Communications Limited. R-Tek Corporation formed R-Tek Music International, Inc. and Dino Music Ltd. (2) which were subsequently incorporated Nov. 1992 as Quality Dino Entertainment Ltd. and continued to use the Quality Special Products Label (trademark) on an ongoing basis until going into receivership in March 1998. Quality Dino Entertainment Ltd. also operated wholly owned subsidiaries in the U.K., U.S., Australia, and New Zealand as well as Quality Records, Inc. which had also been incorporated by R-Tek Corporation. Quality Special Products Label (trademark) was last owned by Direct Source Special Products Inc. also known as DSSP Inc. which bought it from Quality Dino Entertainment Ltd.'s receiver. The Trademark (label) and was expunged June 18, 2015 for failure to renew following Direct Source Special Products Inc.'s own entry into receivership.
