On January 4, 1929, the Victor Talking Machine Co. was sold to the Radio Corporation Of America. By May of the same year, Victor had been reorganized as the "Radio-Victor Corporation of America", a wholly owned subsidiary of RCA. Between 1930 and 1946, Victor labels reflected a number of relatively minor changes in manufacturer credit, including Victor Talking Machine Division - Radio-Victor Corporation Of America (Spring - Summer, 1930), RCA Victor Company, Inc. (Summer, 1930 - Summer, 1935), RCA Manufacturing Co., Inc. (Summer, 1935 - Fall, 1943) and RCA Victor Division Of Radio Corporation Of America (Fall, 1943 - January, 1946).
