Production company founded and owned by President Marv Stuart. It was located in the same office as Curtom Record Company, Inc. where Stuart was VP. Rich Tufo was A&R Director and Emmett Garner, Jr. was National Promo Director. The company produced recordings that appeared on Buddah Records, Just Sunshine Records, Scepter Records and Polydor.
