Justin Entertainment Inc.

Formed in January 1990 by Jeff Burns (4) after leaving his position as Vice President of A&R at CBS Records Canada Ltd. and was named after Burns' son. In July of that year two publishing arms were founded, Justin Music and Justin Songs. On March 28, 1992 Justin Entertainment Inc. changed its name to Burns Entertainment Inc. (aka BEI) as the result of a lawsuit by the Montréal label Justin Time. Distributed by MCA Records Canada.
