Sonovision Records

South African record company launched in 1985 by John Culverwell, Louis van Ass and Patric Van Blerk following their purchase of the SonoVision Studios. Through its partnership with David Baker's Disc Jockey Music Co. (Pty) Ltd. it became a competitor to the crowns held by the larger EMI and Gallo stalwarts before it was sold off in 1988.
