Award-winning South African audio post-production facility.
Founded in 1970 by David Gooden and located in downtown Johannesburg, Sonovision Studios initially made its name by producing radio programs such as "Pick a Box", "Squad Cars" and "The Mind of Tracy Dark" for Springbok Radio. In 1985 it was purchased by Patric Van Blerk and in-house engineers John Culverwell and Louis van Ass. In 1988 Sonovision restructured, sold off Sonovision Records and moved to the northern suburbs of Johannesburg to concentrate on radio and television commercial production.
Over the years, Sonovision Studios has gone on to win numerous awards and is considered one of the top audio post-production facilities in Southern Africa specialising in radio and TV production for the advertising industry.
