The World Roots Music Library

Collection of 150 CDs and 2 digests (samplers) released by King Records on the Seven Seas label in July 2008. Catalogue numbers: KICW 85001 to KICW 85195. Most are reissues of releases from the World Music Library, reordered, and frequently merged into multi-disc sets. Others are new releases or reissues from other King Records releases. There is no correspondence between the numbering sequence of the World Music Library and The World Roots Music Library. The recording dates range from the 1970s to the 2000s and represent the work of several Japanese ethnomusocologists and producers such as Minagawa Koichi, Kyoji Hoshikawa, and Fumio Koizumi.
