EMI Jax

EMI's US CD manufacturing plant, located in Jacksonville, IL. Please only use when "EMI JAX" is found in the CD matrix. Its predecessor was Capitol Jax which name changed to EMI Jax sometime between March and October 1993. For releases stating "MASTERED BY EMI MFG." in the CD matrix please use "Glass Mastered At" - EMI MFG.. EMI closed down the manufacturing in 2004 after Cinram decided not to buy the plant. Only a distribution center remained in Jacksonville.
