Capitol Jax

Capitol Records CD manufacturing plant, which started CD manufacturing in late 1986 at the site of Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Jacksonville, Illinois an established vinyl production facility. Its name changed to EMI Jax between March and October 1993. CDs can be identified by "CAPITOL JAX", "CD JAX" or "JAX" present in the CD matrix string.
