Canadian distributor and retailer owned by ex-CBS Records Canada Ltd. executives Terence M. Lynd, Frederick B. Rich and Richard D. Moody. In 1981 they purchased CBS' racking/distributor operation A.R.S. Co. of Canada Ltd. and their retail operation A&A Records & Tapes. Went bankrupt in 1993.
