A & A Records Toronto

Canadian retail chain, also known as A&A Records & Tapes. Founded n the 1940s as a bookstore, it was purchased by Columbia Records of Canada, Ltd. in 1971 and in 1981 CBS sold it to Sound Insight Limited (owned by ex-executives of CBS Records Canada Ltd.). Filed for bankruptcy in 1993.
