Headphoniq

Limited Edition Vinyl label started in the late 90's in Chicago that now releases music in the Digital format as well. Originally started to replace the label: Mood Groove Music due to the overuse of those terms. It's World Famous Speaker Logo was found in the basement of Roy Davis Jr. where Jordan Fields grabbed the piece of paper from a Speaker replacement brochure and said "I am going to use that", Roy laughed and said "you always do stuff like that"! It's very ironic that now a decade after starting this label and the reason behind the new name: HEADPHONIQ (with a Q spelling, basically creating a new word) it seems to have influenced a few people using names either as artists or labels that are very close to it's name.
